1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended only for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page, you represent that this applies to you. We may request photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and final confirmation.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days, the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates can be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to follow our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with your gaming host.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and design) belongs to Jadebeachgrand or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
